You Lookup a fellow-ACT-user within your company and you get the error message "No records were found that meet the specified criteria"? You convert your database from one version to another and fields don’t come over, phone fields don't convert, the upgrade stops in the middle, or all old cleared activities are suddenly uncleared going back 5 years? Your PDA sync adds duplicates, triplicates, quintuplicates, etc? You upgrade MS Office, and now ACT doesn't work? A co-worker updates ACT, and now no one can open their database? You load virus protection software that's incompatible with ACT? You just downloaded a bunch of leads for a salesperson who can't see them on his remote database?
