Hi, Lori

This is an excellent edition of your newsletter. I've forwarded it to a few people, which is something I don't do that often.

Thanks for keeping me on your list, and keep up the good work.

Ellen, I shared your comments with my mother; so glad her essence was comforting for you. Thank you for sharing your thoughts. Shawn, Nancy, thank you for your comments. She was amazing--and I didn't even tell her whole story. Dave, congratulations on your nomination! I think most of us go around not knowing how we influence others. How nice you were recognized for it! (And, no melancholy. Only thankfulness and a reminder of how much I still miss her.) - Lori

Lori, you aren't going all melancholy on us r u? Sometimes we can't pin point our influencers. I was just nominated as a Kindest Kansas Citian by a student in the school my wife retired from and I have no clue why or whom may have influenced me to get the nomination. I'd be willing to wager my grandparents in central Illinois had some bearing on it though, they too refused to retire until physically impossible to keep going. Yours is a great story, made me feel all warm and fuzzy, nice break from the ranting from the vendors we represent. What's next?

Beautiful and Wise! Thank you, Lori, for sharing your wonderful Grandmother! Of course, following in the footsteps of your Mom and your Grandmother, how could you not grow up to be a Business Diva!?!?!

This message has actually inspired me personally at a really difficult time in my life - personally, even though I received this article at work. Just look how your Grandmother' continues to inspire, encourage and help others - especially those she's never met. Her truth and beauty have touched me personally - thank you, and I thank her. My Grandmother was fabulous too! Thank you for sharing her with us.
