After my initial (free 20-minute) consultation, I often found they just needed a few fundamental tweaks to their database infrastructure (either technological or strategic) to feel lighter, happier and empowered.

My database marketing coaching is not “cookie cutter.” It is personalized to your objectives. I deliver it as follows:
- Each session lasts 45 minutes
- I access your desktop remotely, if needed, to watch you execute my instructions exactly as I recommend
- Post-call emails for additional support are encouraged and are included in my fee
- I require you to fax, email or Jott your discussion topics to me prior to the call, so I have time to prepare my thoughts and find resources that will assist you in between sessions
- Your sessions will be recorded and emailed to you in MP3 format so you can focus on the content of our discussions without being distracted by notetaking, knowing you can revisit key points later

- Email Marketing: Help you set up, design templates and write copy for a company e-newsletter; design promotional emails, fundraising emails, customer care emails, customer service emails, tip-of-the-week emails, electronic (online) surveys to customers and prospects; improve email deliverability and response, and determine which metrics to track
- Database Segmentation: Implement The Database Diva’s 60-30-10 direct marketing success formula, how to code customer and prospect records to maximize profits and cross-selling opportunities, RFM (Recency-Frequency-Monetary) strategy, 80/20 principle
- Direct Marketing: Campaign design for DM postcards, personalized letters, fax blasts
- Telemarketing: Select lists and write scripts for “Catch and Release” prospecting, customer phone blitzes
- Drip Marketing: Set up an automated drip-marketing follow-up system to leverage your customer / prospect leads database
- Marketing Workflow: Choreograph who in the organization does (should be doing) what. Or if you are a solo-preneur: what marketing tactics should you be doing and what should you outsource or hire a virtual assistant to do?
- Database Management: Enrich your database with data appends (like email addresses and demographics), eliminate duplicates, merge/purge multiple lists, convert old databases to new ones, map sales territories
- Mailing Lists: Identify new prospecting list sources, negotiate list pricing, market research who’s used these lists before to assess viability of success when used in your business

Terms and Guarantee
Payment is due in full for the first month (or check-up) prior to the first session and on the first of each subsequent month. At the conclusion of the first session, if you are not getting the value you expect, you may request a full refund and terminate future coaching with no hard feelings. Your payment will be refunded promptly and courteously.
